Position 1: Founder’s Office Executive

ABOUT THE SOCIAL LIONS

We are a creative-first integrated marketing agency based in Mumbai. Seven years in a lean, fast team that builds brands across social, performance, branding, and digital PR. Our clients span jewellery, luxury experiences, healthcare, and fashion. We do not run on decks and approvals. We run on sharp thinking and fast execution.

What you all own
  1. Founder’s Office & Operating Rhythm
  • Run the founders’ calendar, priorities, scheduling, and follow-ups so nothing slips.
  • Sit in on client, internal, and business meetings. Capture decisions, convert them to action items, and drive them to closure.
  • Own the founders’ commitment and task tracker. Chase, update, and close loops across the team.
  • Prepare the founders for every meeting with briefs, background, and clear agendas.
  • Act as the single point of follow-through between the founders and the rest of the team.
  1. Business Development & Growth
  • Own the top of the growth funnel: prospect research, targeted lead lists, and first-touch outreach.
  • Identify brands actively looking for an agency or signalling marketing pain across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter.
  • Run outreach and follow-up on behalf of the founders. Track every conversation. No lead goes cold.
  • Maintain the CRM and pipeline daily. Qualify leads and hand off warm prospects with full context.
  • Prepare pitch decks, credentials, and proposals for new business conversations.
  1. Operations, Systems & Accountability
  • Build and maintain the trackers, SOPs, and internal systems the founders need to scale.
  • Coordinate delivery timelines across active client accounts and flag risks early.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly status reports for client and internal reviews.
  • Hold the team accountable to timelines on behalf of the founders.
  1. Strategic Projects & New Initiatives
  • Take new initiatives from idea to execution: new service lines, internal builds, experiments, and one-off bets.
  • Research markets, competitors, and partnership opportunities, and structure the findings into clear decisions.
  • Be the founders’ execution arm on anything that needs to move fast.
  1. Content & Communication
  • Support the founders’ personal brand and the agency’s LinkedIn presence through research, drafting, and posting.
  • Draft social posts, captions, and email copy for the agency’s own channels.
  • Build case study drafts from completed client campaigns.
Responsibilities
  • 1 to 2 years in an agency, startup, founder’s office, business development, or operations role. Exceptional fresh graduates with proven ownership will be considered.
  • Graduation in any stream. Marketing, Commerce, or an MBA is a plus, not a requirement.
  • Exceptional written communication. Your outreach and your internal notes both need to be sharp and clear, not templated.
  • A high-ownership operator who works from loose briefs, figures things out, and comes back with results.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, speed, and shifting priorities.
  • Strong with Google Sheets, Excel, CRMs, and AI tools for research and execution.
  • Sound business instinct. You understand why the work matters, not just what to do.
  • Bonus: prior exposure to agencies, startups, sales, BD, or a chief-of-staff style role.

Position 2: Influencer Marketing Intern

About The Social Lions

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Influencer Marketing Intern to support our growing influencer marketing vertical. If you have a keen eye for content trends, creator culture, and brand-influencer fit, we want to hear from you! This role offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end influencer campaign execution across categories and platforms.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in identifying and researching relevant influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms based on campaign briefs.
  • Maintain and update influencer databases with accurate data on reach, engagement, niche, and rates.
  • Support outreach to influencers – drafting introduction emails, DMs, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with shortlisted influencers for content briefs, timelines, and deliverable submissions.
  • Track influencer content go-lives, monitor performance metrics, and flag deviations from the plan.
  • Assist in preparing campaign reports with key metrics such as reach, views, engagement rate, and EMV.
  • Stay updated on influencer trends, viral content, and emerging creators across relevant niches.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks related to campaign execution and documentation.
Qualifications
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or a related field (agency exposure preferred).
  • Familiarity with influencer platforms and tools such as Instagram Creator Marketplace, YouTube Analytics, or similar.
  • Good understanding of influencer tiers – nano, micro, macro, and celebrity – and their use cases.
  • Strong research and data management skills with attention to detail.
  • Good written communication skills for drafting outreach and coordination messages.
  • Ability to multitask and manage timelines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A genuine interest in content, creators, and the influencer marketing ecosystem.

Position 3: Digital Marketing Associate

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and execution-focused Digital Marketing Associate who can independently manage day-to-day digital marketing tasks, assist in campaign execution, and collaborate closely with senior team members to deliver results across social media, influencer marketing, and basic performance campaigns. This role requires hands-on experience, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Execute social media plans across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube
  • Schedule and manage posts, reels, and stories using platform or third-party tools
  • Monitor comments, DMs, and mentions and respond as per brand guidelines
  • Support online reputation management and escalate issues when required
  • Assist in influencer research, shortlisting, outreach, and coordination
  • Track influencer deliverables, timelines, and campaign requirements
  • Support execution of Meta and Google ad campaigns under senior guidance
  • Monitor basic performance metrics such as reach, engagement, CTR, and leads
  • Prepare simple performance and social media reports
  • Conduct competitor analysis and trend research
  • Support senior team members with day-to-day execution and campaign tasks
  • Manage multiple client tasks while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment
Qualifications
  • 1 – 1.5 years of experience in digital marketing or social media (agency experience preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with Instagram & LinkedIn content execution
  • Basic understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads
