Position 1: Digital Marketing Associate

About The Social Lions

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and execution-focused Digital Marketing Associate who can independently manage day-to-day digital marketing tasks, assist in campaign execution, and collaborate closely with senior team members to deliver results across social media, influencer marketing, and basic performance campaigns. This role requires hands-on experience, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Execute social media plans across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube
  • Schedule and manage posts, reels, and stories using platform or third-party tools
  • Monitor comments, DMs, and mentions and respond as per brand guidelines
  • Support online reputation management and escalate issues when required
  • Assist in influencer research, shortlisting, outreach, and coordination
  • Track influencer deliverables, timelines, and campaign requirements
  • Support execution of Meta and Google ad campaigns under senior guidance
  • Monitor basic performance metrics such as reach, engagement, CTR, and leads
  • Prepare simple performance and social media reports
  • Conduct competitor analysis and trend research
  • Support senior team members with day-to-day execution and campaign tasks
  • Manage multiple client tasks while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced agency
Qualifications
  • 1 – 1.5 years of experience in digital marketing or social media (agency experience preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with Instagram & LinkedIn content execution
  • Basic understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads
  • Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva
  • Good copy sense and content understanding
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Position 2: Business Development Intern (Marketing & Advertising)

The Social Lions is a fast-growing marketing agency driven by creative ideas, impactful campaigns, and bold strategies. We work closely with brands across industries globally to deliver real, measurable results. We’re looking for a smart, ambitious Client Acquisition Intern/Business Development Intern to help us scale our client base and grow our footprint.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and connect with potential clients who may require digital marketing, branding or social media services.
  • Generate leads through LinkedIn, networking, cold outreach, references and other business development activities.
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal creative and strategy teams to propose suitable solutions.
  • Support the sales cycle from lead generation to closing projects.
  • Help build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Assist in preparing pitches, presentations and proposals for potential clients.
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends, competitor activities and industry insights.
  • Contribute actively towards agency growth and revenue generation.
Qualifications
  • Freshers and final-year students welcome. Prior experience in business development, client acquisition or sales is a plus.
  • Prior exposure to a digital marketing, advertising, branding or creative agency will be preferred.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable with client interaction, pitching and negotiations.
  • Self-motivated, proactive and target-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, email communication and lead generation strategies is a plus.
  • Candidates based in Mumbai will be preferred.
