Immaculate (True Care)

Immaculate is a dermatologist-formulated skincare brand by True Care, built on clean actives, honest labelling, and accessible clinical science. With 11 SKUs spanning cleansers, moisturisers, serums, sunscreens, and a night cream, the brand sits at the intersection of real formulation and real results. The hero products, the Niacinamide 10% Serum and the 0.3% Encapsulated Retinol Night Cream, are the growth bets in a category where consumers research before they buy and wait for proof before committing.

Immaculate sells primarily on their website, Blinkit, Instamart, Amazon India and Flipkart, with a D2C presence at beimmaculate.co. Their core audience is 18 to 35, mid to upper-mid income, discovering products through Reels and validating in comments before anything goes to cart.

The product range was strong. The gap was visibility. Around 70 gifting and nano collaborations handled in-house had generated early reach, but brand recall remained thin against a crowded skincare category. Engagement needed systematic lift, not sporadic activity.

The brief came in three parts:

  • Put Immaculate in front of the right skincare audience at scale through voices people already trust.
  • Convert that reach into an owned audience that continues to compound beyond paid spend.
  • Build a library of premium visual content for social and performance ads to support the full purchase funnel from discovery to conversion.

Influencer and creator campaign: #CaughtInTheRoutine

We designed and ran a creator programme of 13 to 14 collaborations per month across four tiers: nano creators for volume and UGC at scale; micro for trusted reviews and consideration lift; mid-tier creators for reach and aspiration; and dermatologists or experts to turn clinical claims into believable proof.

Every creator brief was built around one idea: Immaculate is never announced, it is simply present in real routines. Three principles governed every brief: the product is the supporting actor, not the lead; show real results on camera rather than scripting a claim; and build content for saves and shares, not announcements. Videos went live in a staggered cadence of five per ten days, with a structured approval loop from script through to final post.

The creator mix maintained a 60/40 female to male ratio, with beauty, male, dermat, and regional creators all given defined weight each month. A monthly performance report with per-creator analytics and recommendations was delivered throughout the engagement.

AI photoshoot and content production

Alongside the creator programme, we built Immaculate's social and performance content library through AI-assisted product photography and ad creative production. Clean, premium visuals for the hero SKUs were produced for Amazon listings and Meta ad formats, paired with direct copy built to convert: "While you sleep, it gets to work." "Deep hydration, minus the heaviness." "Brightness you can read on the label."

The AI photoshoot capability removed traditional production timelines and cost constraints entirely, letting the brand refresh creative at the pace the category demands while maintaining a consistent premium aesthetic across paid and organic channels.

The #CaughtInTheRoutine campaign went live in June 2026. Targets set for the three-month engagement:

3M to 5M

Total campaign reach

4%+

Target engagement rate

3 to 4x

Target ROAS on boosted content

The Team has been amazing with the turnaround time and the selection process of creators month on month. They've been taking care of the whole execution, right from picking up the creator to getting the agreements in place to scripting to mood-boarding, to the point where we get the collab request on the brand account.
