About the Client

AatmNirbhar is a Scooter Driving School For Women founded by Ms. Pawani Khandelwal in November 2017. Their head office is located in Mathura, India. The organization aims to solve the problem of women’s access to daily mobility in India.

It has generated employment for over 100+ girls from marginalized communities and they are known as “Sanginis.” They are breaking barriers on the roads as trainers, as two-wheeler taxi drivers, like food delivery girls, across UP and Rajasthan.

Their Challenges

AatmNirbhar subsisted on social media, but they wanted to promote their concept to their target audience efficiently, especially women. The main challenge for them was to increase their reachability on the digital platforms in the 7 cities they started with and to launch themselves in Delhi NCR regions. They wanted to expand their unique tech-enabled training programme for women. Hence, they chose us to assist them to reach the right audience.

Your Solutions

At first, we came up with a few campaigns and a contest for Navratri as we took over their social media accounts. The campaigns were designed around how AatmNirbhar has changed the lives of so many women as well as made mobility accessible to them. 9 Women won free scooty training in the 9 days of Navratri. We started putting out the communication that showcases women who decided to become self-reliant and empower themselves in this journey of their lives, which in return will motivate others to become Independent.
We also ran ads to help them get connected with more women who could learn how to ride a scooty and become AatmNirbhar.
We focus on building independent, empowered women and changing the mindset of everyone within the society. We aim to get as many women as possible to become AatmNirbhar.

Results

As a result, we started with lead generation ads that worked well and got them quality leads. Once the ads worked well, we took over their social media and started putting out content with different campaigns that got them good engagement and leads.

We had a successful Navratri Campaign and continued with another offer during Diwali. We are not just selling the product but showing achievable dreams to the women in the 8 cities we are present in currently. Our mission to make women AatmNirbhar is evident in our communication and we try to be as quirky as possible but the love that we get from the students is something that we show on the profile as word of mouth works the best especially when we are here to motivate the women of India to become independent.
