Client Overview

Kiahmoi is a 100% vegan boutique salon located in the western suburbs of Mumbai that provides high-quality hair and beauty services using vegan and cruelty-free products. They provide Luxurious personal cabins, premium vegan brands, 15 min express services and expertise in hair replacement, extensions & nails.

Challenge

Their main challenge was to establish a notable presence in the business landscape amidst stiff competition in the market. Additionally, the salon needed to educate the audience about its unique selling propositions - Veganism and Cruelty-free products and promise to provide an unparalleled salon experience. They also wanted to convey that their doors are open for everyone including the LGBTQIA+ community.

Objectives

The primary objective was to implement paid and organic, online and offline marketing strategies that would communicate the salon's USPs, such as veganism, luxury, and sustainability, to the target audience.

Approach

To address the challenge of increasing the brand's visibility and foot traffic, our agency implemented a multi-faceted approach that included a distinctive social media strategy, influencer collaborations, specially curated packages, membership programs, offline advertising through leaflets and signage, and themed initiatives during festive occasions. Our goal was to effectively communicate the brand's unique selling points to the target audience and enhance its appeal.

  • Curated Packages - We introduced specially curated packages and membership packages that showcased the salon's services and helped increase revenue.
