Nolita Cacao is a luxury artisanal chocolaterie based in Mumbai, with a mission to introduce European-style chocolate indulgence to India. Drawing inspiration from Swiss chocolate-making techniques and the warmth of Italian rituals, Nolita Cacao specializes in small-batch, handcrafted chocolates made with Felchlin Swiss couverture. The brand focuses on providing a premium chocolate experience that combines indulgence with authenticity.)

Nolita Cacao faced challenges with limited brand visibility and inconsistent presence across digital and retail platforms since its start. Despite offering a high-quality product and having a strong vision, the brand struggled with brand recall and consumer engagement, particularly in India’s competitive luxury market. The brand needed to build a solid online presence, position itself as a premium luxury chocolate brand, and connect with an audience that values both craftsmanship and luxury experiences.

  • Luxury Positioning: Every piece of content reflected Nolita’s premium ethos, highlighting quality craftsmanship, Swiss-Italian influence, and the emotional experience of indulging in high-end chocolate.

  • Influencer collabs and B2B Partnerships: We initiated collaborations with high-end lifestyle brands and influencers to position Nolita in premium spaces and ensure maximum exposure to the right target audience. From working with influencers/ actors to getting B2B partnerships with cafes, restaurants, clubs and corporate brands for gifting, TSL helped them throughout their journey. 

  • Campaign build: #TheNolitaExperience campaign introduced Nolita as a luxury experience rather than just a chocolate brand, with Women’s Day special PR articles, and founder features.

  • Brand design and Packaging: We crafted an entire brand docket. From the brand guidelines (a comprehensive, high-value guide for visuals, tone, and identity) to every touchpoint customer interacts with- packaging, thank-you cards, sleeves, boxes, customised notes, we ensured Nolita Cacao speaks in one tone. 

  • Website development: We designed a website experience as premium as the chocolates themselves with smooth, interactive UI and animations that engage without slowing the site. It gave seamless browsing with product pages, menus, and checkout flows optimized for clarity and conversion

  • Engagement Rate: ~20% higher than the baseline for similar premium brands.
